Cornicello Bottle Stopper

The Cornicello Bottle Stopper is from a little island off Naples in Southern Italy, Procida.  The red Italian horn, or cornicello, is a symbol for good luck, protection against evil and the malocchio.

Procida, once knows as "the extra ferry stop" on travelers journeys to Ischia and Capri, is now known as the capital of culture. This island is near and dear to my heart, endlessly charming, and full of surprises.  Take a piece of this magical little island to your home and remember her every time you open a bottle of vino.
